The IOU BBQ^® Cooking and Serving Team is 100% comprised of volunteers from The IOU Foundation^® 501(c)(3) public charity non-profit organization. This group of select individuals diligently work to perfect their culinary skills, and share their creations with discriminating palates throughout the nation. They participate in competitions, special events, and fundraising activities of which benefit various philanthropic causes as well as contribute to the goals and standards set forth in the mission statement of The IOU Foundation^®.
